If you are less than satisfied , please contact our Customer Service Department by email at Mark@markscustomdesigns.com  within 30 days of receiving your order so that we can help you resolve the issue, provide a refund or offer credit that can be used for future products.

Return shipping is buyer responsibility.

Items returned in new condition because of our error are refunded 100%, return shipping will be reimbursed up to what we paid to ship the order to you. If you have questions about the return shipping please contact us. We will tell you what we spent and what service to use so you don't spend more then you need to.

Items returned in new condition because of your error will have a 20% restock fee held to cover our cost to ship the order to you.

Refunds will be made to the payment method you used to pay us.
